1. Service provider

Irena Rosiak, a sole trader operating as “Irena Rosiak”, ul. Pilotów 13, 64-100 Leszno (Strzyżewice), Poland, NIP: 6971092717, REGON: 410237087. Sworn English translator, registration number TP/2484/05.

2. Services

Non-certified and certified written translations and interpreting from English into Polish and from Polish into English.

3. Quotes and orders

An accurate quote is only possible after receiving the document as a scan, PDF or Word file. Without a file, only an approximate cost can be provided. An order is accepted once the client approves the quote and completion date.

4. Original documents

The translation can state that it was made from the original only if the original is presented in person, no later than finalising the order. Otherwise, it will state that it was made from a scan (copy).

5. Standard pages and deadlines

A non-certified translation page contains 1600 characters including spaces; a certified translation page contains 1125 characters including spaces. A partial page is charged as a full page. Each document is billed separately. Standard service: after three working days from ordering, or 6 pages per day; express service: on the day of the order, or 6–10 pages per day.

6. Delivery and collection

Documents may be provided in person or by email. Delivery of completed translations is available within Leszno only.

7. Payment

An invoice or receipt is available on request. Private clients pay cash on collection or by bank transfer before collection. Businesses pay against an invoice. The service provider is not VAT-registered — quoted prices are final.

8. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to roena@poczta.onet.pl. They will be considered without undue delay.
