Personal data is processed under Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) for entering into and performing civil-law contracts and ongoing communication. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. If you believe that processing infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Providing personal data is voluntary.

2. Data we process

Full name, email address, phone number, message content and documents submitted for translation — to the extent necessary to prepare a quote, complete the order and arrange payment.

3. Retention period

Data is retained for the time necessary to complete the order and for periods required by law, including tax requirements and the requirements for keeping a sworn translator’s register.

4. Data recipients

Data is not sold. It may only be shared with service providers supporting the business, such as email and hosting providers, or authorities entitled to receive it by law.

5. Confidentiality

Documents entrusted for translation are treated as confidential.
