GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

Key information before ordering your translation.

Which documents can I have translated?

I translate legal, financial, business, medical, technical, educational, vehicle, personal and employment documents, among others. If your document is not listed, please contact me by phone or email.

What is a certified translation?

A translation produced and certified by a sworn translator, bearing their seal and signature. I also provide non-certified translations.

How can I get an accurate quote?

An accurate quote is only possible after you send the document as a scan, PDF or Word file (or another file that can be opened in Word). Without a file, I can only provide an approximate cost.

Do I need the original document?

If the translation is to state that it was made from the original, you must present the original in person, which can be done when finalising your order. Otherwise, the translation will state that it was made from a scan (copy).

Can I deliver and collect documents in person?

Yes — please arrange an appointment by phone. Delivery of completed translations is available within Leszno only. Documents may also be sent by email. Completed translations are provided as readable PDF files or printed copies.

How can I pay?

An invoice or receipt is available on request. Private clients pay cash on collection or by bank transfer before collection. Businesses pay against an invoice.

How long does a translation take?

Standard service: after three working days from placing the order, or 6 translation pages per day. Express service: on the day of the order, or 6–10 pages per day.

Where is the office?

The contact address is ul. Pilotów 13, 64-100 Leszno (Strzyżewice), Poland. Please call before visiting to arrange an appointment.
