Send your document

An accurate quote is only possible after receiving a scan, PDF or Word file. In your email, include:

  • the translation direction: Polish or English,
  • all pages of the document,
  • your preferred completion date,
  • a contact phone number.

If the translation must state that it was made from the original, you must present the original in person, no later than collection. Otherwise, the translation will state that it was made from a scan.

An invoice or receipt is available on request. Private clients: cash on collection or bank transfer before collection. Businesses: invoice.

Sending and receiving your documents

Bring your documents in person or send them by email — choose the most convenient option. Your completed translation is available as a readable PDF or a printed copy.

In person

You may bring your documents in person at a time arranged by phone. I can also deliver completed translations to an agreed address — delivery is available within Leszno only.

By email

Email a scan, PDF or Word file containing all pages of the document. You will receive the completed translation as a readable PDF file or, if you prefer, a printed copy.

Other arrangements

Courier or postal delivery can be arranged individually when placing your order.
